Thanks for your interest in serving our youth and kids here at Friendship. Please complete the following steps to be approved to volunteer with minors at Friendship.
Step 1: Read the child protection policy.
Step 2: Complete the volunteer application form.
Step 3: Friendship Church staff will schedule a follow-up interview with you.
Step 4: Complete the safety training video linked below (only if High School age and older)
When completed, upload a screen shot or the .pdf certificate to this form
If you have trouble uploading, you can submit a printed copy to the church office.
